MOU signed with the MCST Association of Singapore on 28 February to collaborate on training for MCST Council Members, Joint study missions and workshops to promote sustainable environments and Promotion of Integrated Built Environment Strata Management services. Plans are underway to conduct a joint seminar on ‘The Initial Period’ in Strata Management.
MOU signed with the Security Association of Singapore on 28 February 2025 to facilitate job re-design and provision of cross training for Security and Asset Management and Maintenance personnel, convening joint seminars and workshops and promotion of Integrated Built Environment services. A collaborative effort is in place to encourage security officers to acquire basic custodial checking skills to value-add in their work.
MOU signed with Department of Architecture, University of Ferrara, Italy on Built Asset Maintainability, Sustainability & Conservation Education on 3 November 2023. A seminar has been conducted on Enabling ICT and semantic BIM technologies for advancing the documentation of historical and contemporary built assets.
MOU signed with Vereniging Schoonmaak Research (VSR), Netherlands for Joint Research and National Registration of Cleaning Auditors on 28 February 2023. Training has started on the training and certification of Cleaning Auditors. To date 64 auditors from Service buyers and Service Providers have been trained and certified to support auditing of Outcome-Based Cleaning Services.
